1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital reports and the associated digital payment services provided by Raida Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia. By purchasing and using our reports, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia, including but not limited to the Financial Services Act 2013, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Consumer Protection Act 1999, and the Electronic Commerce Act 2006.

2. Digital Payments

Payment Gateway

All digital payments for our reports are processed through a third-party payment gateway that is licensed or registered with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). We do not store your credit card or debit card details on our servers.

Security

We and our payment gateway partners employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure protocols, to protect your payment information. However, you acknowledge and accept that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Pricing

All prices for the reports are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Transaction Records

We will maintain transaction records for a minimum of three (3) years as required by Malaysian law. You will receive a receipt for your purchase.

3. Delivery of Reports

Delivery Method

The reports will be delivered to you in a digital format via a secure download link immediately upon successful payment.

No Physical Delivery

These reports are digital products and no physical delivery will be made.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, once a report has been purchased and delivered, we generally do not offer refunds. All sales are considered final.

Disputes

In the event of a transaction dispute, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the matter and work with you to find a resolution in accordance with the Payment Card Reform Framework and other relevant BNM guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership

The reports and all content within them, including text, graphics, data, and analysis, are the intellectual property of Raida Sdn Bhd and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for your personal or internal business use.

Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from the reports without our express written consent. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the reports in any way.

6. Limitation of Liability

Information Provided

The information in our reports is for general guidance and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the data. The reports are not a substitute for professional financial or legal advice.

No Warranties

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reports or the digital payment services. You agree that your use of the reports and the services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the reports or the digital payment services.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal Data

We will collect, process, and use your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. We will only collect data necessary to complete your transaction and deliver the reports.

Consent

By making a purchase, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for future marketing communications, unless you opt out.

Confidentiality

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
